The continuous "swing of things"

Had a few days of being busy with things like work and college, along with some downtime in between, really need to get back to practicing every day again. Been on the pad pretty much every night and Ive been looking at a lot of Moeller technique stuff, this is mainly for an essay at college but I figured that I may as well pick a subject that I am interested in and can learn something more productive from! 

so I guess if I practice this technique enough you could start calling me Jojo Morrison or Steve Weckl.....
